Sull getting a victory hug after earning his yellow belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu at his belt ceremony. He tested two weeks ago and had to wait until today to find out if he'd passed! He's been in agonizing suspense ever since, but he did it! I love this photo, it makes me all weepy.

Neil's beat-em-up gloves. That's the technical name for them. He tells me that his superhero ninja name is "Centepede" because it feels like there are a THOUSAND fists coming at you when he's beating you up. So.... I won't tell him my secret ninja name is "Preying Mantis" because.. well you know... his week has already been stressful.
